FAQ Do you sell items through this site? Not at this time. We are using the storefront on Etsy for all ready-made items which you can find by clicking on the Available Items link above. For custom orders made through this site, the check out system will be Paypal. Do you sell your items on other sites or locally? We are not currently selling through any other site or have anything on consignment locally. If you would like to carry our items please contact us. Why do you charge so much for a custom order? Making any item takes time and materials can be costly. We make the item to fit the measurements you provide us. So this item will fit you and no one else. Also, you will not see another person wearing that same item as it will be customized to your taste. Included in the cost of the custom order are utilities, gas to go to the post office or purchase materials, shipping supplies, and shipping costs. Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax only applies to individuals purchasing in the state of New Mexico and it is included in the quoted price. Can I bring you a design from another seller and have you replicate it? You charge less than they do. We do not replicate another person's designs. This is copyright infringement and illegal. Where do you get your materials from? I just love that fabric and would like to make myself something out of it. It has taken us a lot of time and research to find some of the materials we use and thus do not share our sources. How long will my custom order take? From the moment we get your deposit, we give a 2 week window. What if I need it right away? You will need to tell us at the time you get a quote if this is something you need by a certain date. if you need your item before the end of the 2 week period, the order will be considered a RUSH order and additional fees will be applied. What shipping do you use? We ship everything either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance please let us know. If you would like your item shipped via UPS, please let us know. Can I return it if it doesn't fit and get a refund? We unfortunately do not offer refunds on custom orders as they are made using your measurements. However we will modify the item in order for it to fit and refund you on the shipping cost for sending the item back. Do you ship internationally? Yes we do and additional charges apply for shipping. We will include it as part of your quote. Canada and Mexico are considered International. Tracking information shows that the item was delivered but I never got it. What are you going to do about it? We have no way of verifying if the item was delivered to you or not other than with the tracking information provided by the post office. If you paid shipping insurance, you can put a claim into the post office for the amount paid for the item. Once the package is given to the post office or UPS it is no longer our responsibility.
