Custom Orders Custom orders are always welcome! First thing you'll want to do is to use the Contact Us form or start a conversation through our store on Etsy. Listed below are policies regarding custom orders. Deposit I require a 20% deposit prior to the making of your item to cover
materials. The remaining 80% will be required once the item is finished
prior to it being shipped to you. If it is easier for you to pay for the item in full prior to the beginning of its construction, you are welcome to do so. However same rules will apply. If the item is unclaimed or cancelled after its construction has begun, you will only be refunded 80% of the total quoted price. The remaining 20% will not be refunded. When the item is finished, you will be sent an e-mail with pictures attached. If you are satisfied, the item will ship out the next day. Base Prices Lingerie For basic underwear (cotton or polyblend fabric, stretch lace trim) panties start at $20. Retro or high waisted panties start at $25. If you would like stretch lace or stretch satin instead of the cotton or polyblend, panties will start at $25 and retro panties at $30. I do have fabrics and lace on hand and if you tell me what you are looking for I can take pictures of what I have in stock. Otherwise I can search for the fabric desired. Soft bras or bralettes begin at $40. This is for cotton, polyblend, stretch satin or lace. Cami Sets (camisole + panties) begin at $50. This is for cotton, polyblend, stretch satin or lace. I am not yet offering custom bras as I am working on finding the best design for large busts. Dresses A dress that has sleeves and is knee-length starts at $110. This includes some details such as added lace trim around neckline, hemline, and sleeves. Additional charges will incur for complex details or patterns and if the dress is made of a material (cotton, or fabrics with little to no stretch) for which tailoring and a zipper or buttons are needed. A tube top dress that is knee-length starts at $90. Skirts Skirts start at $50. This is for a basic high waisted panel skirt. If the skirt requires additional details or is made of a material that requires tailoring and a zipper (cotton, or fabrics with little to no stretch), additional charges will incur. Tops A basic top starts at $45 (this is not a button down blouse). Think of the basic top as the top half of a basic dress. Details and certain materials will incur additional charges.

I know what I want. What happens next? If you have decided to get a custom ordered item then the next step is to contact us either through this site or through the store on Etsy. Give us a detailed description of what you want, if you have pictures send them as well, including information such as your size, what fabric you'd like to use, how long the skirt, hem, sleeves are, and any other details you think we must know. After both parties know exactly what is needed, you will be given a quote. If you accept the quote, you will be sent a deposit request for 20% of the quote in order for us to begin constructing your item. Custom orders take 2 weeks from the time we receive your deposit. We may also send you update e-mails during that 2 weeks so you know how your item is coming along. If this is a rush order you MUST tell us, and also there are additional fees for rush orders.
